This Disclaimer & Waiver Form is entered into by the undersigned guest(s) in consideration of being permitted to use the facilities.
1. Assumption of Risk
I/We understand and acknowledge that:
- The use of the swimming pool involves inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, slipping, or injury.
- Children must be supervised at all times near or inside the swimming pool
- No lifeguard is provided on-site; use of the swimming pool is at your own risk
2. Release of Liability
- I/We agree to indemnify and hold harmless the management, owners, and staff of the farmhouse from any liability or claims resulting from:
- Injury or death of any person
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Accidents or incidents arising from misuse of the premises or its amenities
3. Prohibited Activities
- I/We agree that the following are strictly prohibited on the premises:
- Any illegal activity in violation of Sindh or Pakistan law, including drug use, gambling, or possession of illegal weapons
- Loud music or disturbance beyond permitted hours
- Any activity that may disturb neighboring properties or damage farmhouse property
- Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of booking without refund and reporting to local authorities.
4. Damages
Guests will be held financially responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused to property, fixtures, or equipment of the farmhouse.
5. Acknowledgment
I/We certify that we have read and understood all the terms of this disclaimer. I/We accept full responsibility for all guests listed in the booking and agree to comply with all farmhouse rules and government regulations.
